BOGOR – Djuanda University (UNIDA) remains fully committed to realizing integrated and impactful community service. This is demonstrated by the implementation of the Collaborative Community Service Program (KKN) Briefing, which brought together the Faculty of Agriculture (Faperta) and the Faculty of Halal Food Sciences (Fiphal). The event took place solemnly in the C Building Auditorium of UNIDA on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

The briefing session was attended by 80 students from both faculties who are ready to be deployed to the community. This collaboration is expected to spark new innovations, particularly in bridging the upstream agricultural sector with halal food downstream processing, which represent the respective strengths of each faculty.

Leadership Synergy for High-Quality Community Service

The event was officially opened by the Chairman of the KKN Committee, Ikhan Qodri Pramartaa, S.Pt., M.Si. In his remarks, he emphasized the critical importance of cross-disciplinary collaboration in today's era. Students are expected not to focus solely on a single field, but to be capable of identifying village potentials from various perspectives to provide comprehensive solutions.

Full support was also conveyed by the leadership of both faculties. The Dean of Faperta UNIDA, Dr. Abdullah Baharun, S.Pt., M.Si., directed the students to always uphold the good reputation of the alma mater and to maximize local potential in their respective service locations. Echoing this sentiment, the Acting Dean of Fiphal UNIDA, Dr. Aji Jumiono, S.TP., M.Si., inspired the participants to utilize this KKN program as a platform for learning as well as a real-world implementation of the knowledge acquired on campus.

Expert-Led Briefing Sessions
