In this fast-paced era of transformation, the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Djuanda (UNIDA) Bogor, stands with renewed spirit: to shape a young generation that is intelligent, resilient, and noble in character—ready to embrace the world while striving for success in the Hereafter.

I, Dr. Abdullah Baharun, S.Pt., M.Si., as the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Djuanda (Faperta UNIDA), would like to extend a warm welcome to all members of the Faperta academic community, prospective students, alumni, and our partners both at home and abroad.

Today, agriculture is no longer limited to fields and plows—it is the science of life that harmonizes technology, business, and the future of the world. Through the spirit of “Agriculture is Cool, Smart, and Promising for the Future,” Faperta UNIDA provides space for innovators, creators, and changemakers to make a meaningful impact on the progress of the nation and society.

Faperta UNIDA is committed to shaping the future through its study programs in Agrotechnology, Agribusiness, Aquaculture, and Animal Science. Each program offers its own excellence:

1. Agrotechnology Study Program – Environmentally Friendly Agriculture and Urban Farming.
2. Agribusiness Study Program – Supply Chain Management, Agricultural E-Commerce, and Startup Development.
3. Aquaculture Study Program – Blue Economy, Natural Ingredients to Support Sustainable Fisheries, and Ornamental Fish Cultivation Development.
4. Animal Husbandry Study Program – Livestock Technology, Local Livestock Production, and Development of Innovative Herbal-Based Feed.

These four study programs prepare graduates to become experts and professionals with noble character, who bring sustainable benefits to society and the environment.

In pursuing their dreams—through learning, creating, achieving, and developing character—students are guided by outstanding lecturers and practitioners with rich experience and achievements. Learning activities extend beyond the classroom to laboratories, greenhouses, experimental ponds, and livestock barns through interactive, research-based projects with real-world impact.

Moreover, students have opportunities to join the Agricultural Ambassador Program and engage in collaborative research with partners both domestic and international. Character development is supported by an innovative, religious, and supportive campus environment—because for us, knowledge without character has no meaning.
