Last Updated: 1 year ago

The Community Service Program (KKN) is a program that reflects the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. At the Faculty of Agriculture, Djuanda University (FAPERTA UNIDA), KKN serves as an essential part of the educational process. It is also a form of the faculty’s commitment to instilling the 21 Tauhid Characters, encompassing local wisdom, national wisdom, global wisdom, and spiritual wisdom. On Wednesday, July 30, 2024, the KKN Committee of the Faculty of Agriculture officially held the send-off ceremony for the 2024 KKN program. The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Vice Rector II, Vice Rector III, KKN field supervisors (DPL), lecturers, and participating students.

The KKN participants were officially sent off by Prof. Dr. Rasmitadilla, M.Pd, Vice Rector III, who encouraged the students to remain enthusiastic and to give their best during the implementation of the program. In his remarks, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Setyono, emphasized that KKN is a form of “off-campus learning” that must be carried out optimally, as it directly engages with community life.

The 2024 KKN Program will run from August to September 2024, involving 56 students divided into eight groups. The assigned KKN locations are spread across Bogor Regency, including the following villages: Pancawati, Tangkil, Cigombong, Cisalada, Watesjaya, Tajurhalang, Citeko, and Tugu Selatan. It is our sincere hope that the 2024 Faculty of Agriculture KKN Program will proceed smoothly and achieve the intended goals. Aamiin.
