BOGOR – The Faculty of Agriculture has initiated a collaboration for a Global Internship Program with PT Cakrawala Indonesia Sejahtera (PT CIS). The internship is planned to take place in Japan, specifically within aquaculture companies, for a duration of six months to one year. Students are expected to gain valuable experience to strengthen their knowledge, skills, attitude, and work ethic.
"This program is one of the efforts by the Faculty of Agriculture at Djuanda University to strengthen the competitiveness of our alumni so they can be well-received in the industrial world," said the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Abdullah Baharun. "Beyond the experience, students will also receive an attractive allowance," he added.
According to Ryan, a representative from PT CIS, the company will provide pre-departure training to ensure students are well-prepared for their internship in Japan. The initiation meeting was also attended by the Vice Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Dudi Lesmana, and the Vice Dean of Non-Academic Affairs, Arti Yoesdiarti, SP., MM.
