HIMARIDA FIELDTRIP TO BBPBAP JEPARA The Djuanda University Fisheries Student Association (HIMARIDA) organized a field trip to the Jepara Brackish Water Aquaculture Center on December 9-12, 2018. This activity aims to increase students' knowledge about the cultivation of various brackish water biota. On this field trip, students saw firsthand and received explanations from BBPBAP researchers about Crab Hatchery, Crab, Shrimp, Milkfish; Shrimp, milkfish cultivation; feed making; and natural feed cultivation. HIMARIDA PLANTS MANGROVES ON THE COAST OF JEPARA The Djuanda University Fisheries Student Association (HIMARIDA) in collaboration with the Jepara Brackish Water Aquaculture Center planted mangroves on the coast of Jepara on December 11, 2018. This activity was carried out as a form of concern for UNIDA Fisheries students in preserving mangroves. Mangrove planting is expected to overcome coastal abrasion that occurs on the coast of Jepara.
